FAN STORY | A SPECIAL PRESENT FOR THE GROOM
From Belgium to Mestalla, Jordi Grootjans and friends
Jordi Grootjans is a Belgian fan and Valencia CF supporter who fell in love with the club and the city of Valencia at just eight years old during a visit with his father. Now, however, he returns to Mestalla Stadium for another special reason: his bachelor party.
"I came here when I was eight with my father, I came back in 2018, and now it’s the third time I’ve been here. It’s always great. The city is amazing, and so is the experience," says Grootjans.
The young fan experienced the Valencianista stronghold in a unique and unforgettable way. Along with his friends, he explored some of the stadium’s most special corners and even walked onto the pitch through the players’ tunnel.
"When I played EA Sports FC, I always used Valencia CF in Career Mode. I also followed the club on social media and tried to watch the matches," Jordi recalls.
He ended the day thrilled and made a heartfelt promise: "Next time I come, I’ll try to bring my wife and enjoy the experience, the matches, and the city, as always."
